All personal information submitted through the job service E-Recruiting Belimed Group, especially during registration, filling forms or sending nomination filing messages or answers to vacancies are communicated freely and only with your consent. You decide which data you want to enter in our online forms. If you submit personal information, you consent to the use of it by the Belimed Group for the purposes of processing your application. If an application or service in E-Recruiting requires users to enter personal information, you will be notified. However, we will leave you the task of choosing the data you want to communicate. Please only use private email addresses for your applications or inquiries.
Application process
By registering your personal information is available to us for purposes of processing your application. Your data will be gathered and processed exclusively to fill positions within the Belimed Group. In this matter, the Belimed company listed in the job ad, or the Belimed company you addressed your unsolicited application to, is responsible for data collection.
If you have agreed to your information being forwarded under Data Release, your profile is activated if it is of interest to other Belimed companies. This means that your data is available to Belimed companies connected to the system and that they can contact you if necessary. You can rescind your consent at any time effective for the future by sending an email to the contact listed in the job ad. If you enter
Unsolicited in the application management system, your information is automatically forwarded to the respective Belimed company in accordance with your skills.
Data deletion
The data are only used for electronic processing of applications. If your application is accepted, your data will be entered into the HR management process that we run in accordance with legal requirements.
If your application was rejected, your personal information is kept in our database for up to 12 months before being deleted. You can update, change or delete your data at any time after their registration in the database by accessing your profile protected by a password.
Data security
Belimed has corporate directives that are valid around the globe to ensure the security and confidentiality of data; furthermore, the data protection regulations in the countries in which a Belimed company is headquartered also apply. Moreover, every service provider that processes your personal data on behalf of Belimed undertakes to ensure confidentiality and to apply the same stringent security measures as Belimed.
Data reported under E-Recruiting Service are protected by technical and organizational means to prevent their accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, deterioration, unauthorized access or illegal publication by third parties. Our security measures are regularly checked and improved in line with technological developments and structural means.
Job alert
If you configure a job alert, we only save the required information (email address and selection criteria). You can end the job alert at any time. In this case, we will delete your information.
Content and purpose of the data collected
IP addresses: Each time you visit our website your IP address as well as the type and version of your web browser is registered. This information Belimed uses for statistical purposes only and to troubleshoot technical problems. The IP address gives information about your domain name, but not other personal information.
General data during user registration: All data which you enter voluntarily during user registration, are used exclusively for personal contact and for the delivery of information.
Links to other sites: Our website contains links to third-party websites. Belimed is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
